Transguadiana was created in 1987 in the Baixo Guadiana region. It is a family-owned travel agency and tour operator, closely linked to the communities where it operates.

Our main objective is the satisfaction of customers who participate in our activities, whether they are boat excursions on the Guadiana, 4×4 Safari tours or walking or cycling trips.

We want to promote local development through Responsible Tourism to combat the problem of desertification and unemployment in our region, preserving our traditions and culture. We greatly respect the environment and ecological sustainability.

Despite its longevity, Transguadiana remains attentive to changes occurring in the tourist landscape. We created an incoming department in 2018 to develop active tourism, hiking and cycling programs, on different routes and paths in the Guadiana.
